Once (II)

By the fire, my bride, will be tainted our kin

Our only desire bloodred on lion skin;
And to the mighty roar, heifer, will you respond
If the veal hides the vice of which you have grown fond?
I will open your heart to the kiss and the crime;
Once the flame tossed astray, I will teach you the rhyme.
